With great breakfast good value for money

Pros: Greatlocation with useful car park Cons: No lift and v hot tip floor rooms with a passable fan and barely opening windows.

Went for our anniversary

Pros: Ideal location 10 minutes walk from the town 5 minutes from the Cathedral highly recommend a visit Cons: Every thing was just fine friendly staff nice breakfast comfortable bed

The whole experience was very poor & didn’t reflect a three star rating as advertised.

Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Poor hygiene Very tired room.desperately requires updating. Very cramped bathroom. Loud traffic noise. Very poor sound proofing Hotel insisting on a car parking payment of £5 per day. This payment was never mentioned at the point the reservation was booked.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The room and en-suite were a very good size. The bed was very roomy and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated us for an early breakfast one morning. Parking was very convenient and good value. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Cons: There is no lift in the hotel so if stairs are a problem, book for the ground floor! Not the best coffee at breakfast…staff need to check what they are serving as we experienced extremely weak coffee.

Lovely hotel in Lichfield

Pros: It was bright, airy, clean and just a lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant, from to the hotel “breakfast fairy” (she knows who she is) who chatted to every table and made sure that they had exactly what they wanted for breakfast to Peter on reception (and the bar) who was a jack of all trades. We didn’t experience housekeeping but from the cleanliness of our room they are doing a very good job. The hotel just felt super friendly which I believe is down to the staff. Cons: Nothing though I wish that they did evening meals but understand why they don’t.
