Loved it!
I arrived late that night, and the staff made my son a burger, because we had not eaten yet, even though the kitchen had already closed. I was sO grateful for the kindness and great service from the team. Thank you for making a very stressful night, SO much better! Highly recommend.
Lovely stay, great staff and room!
Pros: Great hotel and facilities, the staff were incredibly friendly and we were very happy with the size of the room. Cons: While not the hotels fault, the smell from the river, particularly when the wind blew was off putting. The hotel does very well to have air freshners everywhere so it is not that evident.

Pros: Very helpful staff across the hotel, nice gym and rooms are comfortable. Cons: Needs catering for all dietary requirements

Pros: Very friendly staff, and the restaurant food was great 👍 Cons: The room air-conditioner made a lot of noise and turned from cold to hot during the night.
