Pros: Very clean, great staff and location Cons: Nothing

Disappointing, could be so much more

Pros: Not much besides location Cons: Our top room had a very steep stair case, luck we are both agile & traveled light as we would of struggled dragging up suitcases. Room is large but lacks furniture, same with bathroom is large but looks empty, shower over bath is extremely slippery

Pros: First we are grateful that a mistake we made was resolved by Chapel House. The room was large with 2 chairs (not every double room has them). Comfortable bed and ample storage space for clothes, etc. Quirky breakfast box brought to our room each morning with good hot food. What we saw of the the staff the were very friendly. Cons: Going up stairs (we retired to a bungalow!!). Also, on road parking was a bit problematic but we got it sorted.

Great had a bed that would have slept four comfortably the room was excellent

Pros: Our breakfast was very good we had a sandwich from the breakfast menu that was very very tasty we had the porridge brûlée very yummy and an apple and orange juice. It comes to your room on a tray with the most interesting spoon for the porridge it was a small shovel very quirky Cons: The steps. I did not research the hotel properly for me but that’s my fault..
