Hvordan er det mulig at et hotell ikke har kontroll på bookingene sine?
Cons: Vi hadde booket 3 netter, men hotellet var overbooket. Så vi måtte begynne å leite etter nytt hotell i 11-12 tiden på kvelden, i London. Ikke lett. Vi endte opp med å betale 6000kr ekstra og fikk nytt hotell kl. 3 på natten. Hotellet var ikke særlig behjelpelige, de sa bare «unnskyld, vi kan ikke gjøre noe med dette, ta kontakt med booking.com».
Cheap but not comfortable
Pros: The staff were nice and showed us to some facilities, the location was great Cons: I was never told that the toilet would not be in the same room,shower head wasn't attached so was hard to have a shower, the drain wouldn't drain so water was piling in the shower, the pillows were hard which made it uncomfortable to sleep on and there was a cold draft constantly in the room.. the lights in our room behind the bed did not work and a huge lack of plug sockets, plus the floor was creaky and could hear all the people next to us and above - my partner also ended up hurting herself on the step
Simple but convenient. Great location, just minutes away from Paddington station. A little outside terrace for smokers. Friendly be staff
