The perfect place to stay, relax and vase for Brighton holiday
Pros: Been many times and the place is comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are helpful,kind and friendly. They go above and beyond every time to make your stay worth the money and I do have to mention the breakfast is brilliant way to start your day. Cons: There is absolutely nothing I can write and little things previously mentioned like single use plastic has been changed.

Third visit to The Charm
This was our third visit to The Charm. We were in room 5 for the second time at our request- no stairs and a sea view. Only draw back is it’s next to the front door. There is a polite notice on the door asking guests to close it quietly during certain nighttime hours but on our first night people seemed to be going in and out till around 4.30 am with total disregard to people trying to sleep! We also ate breakfast at the hotel. Plenty of choice but felt the juices and bread could be upgraded but that’s just our opinion. Charming
We stayed here to celebrate our friend’s big birthday. They were able to arrange a room on the first floor for my friend as communicated in advance. We had two rooms, one Luxury Room with sea view and Attic Family room. Both rooms are not big but functional. The Attic Room is on the top floor so it may not be good if you have trouble climbing the stairs. We booked it because you can add a single bed. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because their start time is quite late. It’s not expensive and comparable to what local cafes charge. Another draw back is there is no Nespresso coffee in t
