Nice hotel but rooms need updating, great location for a stay in Eastbourne
Pros: Great location with discounted on-street parking. Staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Restaurant was lovely and the food was excellent Cons: Executive room was in need of refurbishing stains on the carpet and wall, brown water marks in the bathroom around the shower. No blinds or net when opening curtains people opposite could see straight into the room so no privacy.

Staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Views are superb and that lift… superb!
Pros: Plenty of choice for continental breakfast. Tea, coffee and hot breakfast served at the table. Don’t order poached eggs, one was overcooked, the other hard. Cons: Room in slight need of attention, regarding missing plaster where aerial lead from the wall severed, paint splashes on dresser, marks on the wall, but as it’s more than halfway through the season I guess it’s too busy to do at the moment.
