We had room 115, it was very dark semi basement type room, we had a small backyard but it looked like an unfinished construction site. Definitely not a room to sit outside and enjoy the view. Good deep swimming pool on the property though. The building needs a touch up.

This hotel is a hidden gem with rooms that literally walk out to the huge pool. The outside decks and furniture could use an upgrade but the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly but they forgot to tell us that we could order food the night before since regular dining was not open. We were there during the low season and practically had the place to ourselves. There is a sweet English style cafe around the corner.

I ended up switching hotels as soon as I saw 2 rooms. The driver was very kind and their English was extremely limited- which I understand. I was not told to pay for the driver ahead of time and since my plane came in late, I had no way of exchanging currency. I was also told after calling several times that transportation was unavailable. They do struggle to communicate information. I walked in and there was a very bad, moldy smell. I still tried to give it a chance. Then I walked in the room, smelled bad, very wet feel and there was a huge dead roach by the door. They offered me another room
