Wish I could have stayed longer!.
Pros: Besides the helicopters, great location. Bedrooms were fabulous, lovely location by the water and great service by the staff. Cons: No parking.

Pros: All the staff we came into contact with were excellent, however, Uddin Alamgir the concierge was a tremendous help
Pros: All the staff we came into contact with were excellent, however, Uddin Alamgir the concierge was a tremendous help. What an asset to the hotel. Cons: Some of the Rooms are a little dated, however we had the opportunity to view one of the harbour view rooms on the higher floor which was considerably nicer. I know which rooms to ask for next time we stay

Great value hotel in London, excellent location
Pros: Great service, comfortable rooms, great value for money Cons: Some facilities like the spa need significant renovations and are extremely old and tired
