The warmth of the staff at this lovely boutique hotel made our stay a very happy one.

The staff at the Chiang Mai Hotel were very kind and professional and the hotel itself was one of the best we have stayed in — clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Pros: Everything- place is stunning

Pros: Everything- place is stunning. The free drinks and snacks at reception was really impressive and was a standout benefit. Cons: Nothing, it was amazing.

Well, more attention to detail wouldn't hurt

Pros: Location, decor, staff, restaurant. Cons: I stayed in two ground floor suites and they were practically 'blind,' overlooking nothing, a courtyard, you can't see outside.
