Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Martina at the reception
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Martina at the reception. We got a good upgrade and the flat was amazing, super clean, and spacious. The location is great and very close to the tube station (Chancery Lane) and lots of stores and restaurants. It's my third time there. Cons: Nothing really, it's just a little bit expensive
