Nice one room apartment for a London visit

Pros: Staff at reception were marvelous. Marina, María and Aladdin were very helpful and attentive. Apartment is very well located and near two tube stations if you are not up to walking. Our apartment was slightly dark because of the small windows but we were allowed to check in early so I’m not complaining. Rooms located in the next door building have ample windows. Room was ample and comfortable. Bathroom was huge. Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The receptionist was the best receptionist EVER. So helpful, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Built a great connection with us. We couldnt stop speaking to her. Cons: Have to pay for fresh towels each day - i've never come across that.

We had a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Unit. The unit was very clean with comfortable beddings. The unit was well equiped with everything. We had an issue the the fridge door not opening properly and we called housekeeping and they immediately assisted and sorted it out. The staff were extremely helpful. Location was superb.
