Not satisfactory considering what I paid. Reservation was given away. Disrespected by an employee that was only on two
Pros: The aesthetic was nice; but it’s definitely older and needs some maintenance across the board. Cons: Depending on the area of the building, you can overhear the traffic and any major road disturbance.
Pros: How all was very helpful. Cons: View, coffee pot didn't work, no complimentary breakfast, complimentary water but had 3 dollar tag didn't know if would be charged for it or not. 🙅♀️

The staff was very pleasant and attentive, and the hotel was clean, welcoming, and inviting.
Pros: The sleeping area was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed and TV were excellent, and the room was cool, comfortable, and very inviting. Cons: A few light bulbs were burned out, and the bathroom sinks could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
