Staff are super friendly and helpful and location is very convenient for the subway.

Clean room and very friendly staff. It felt like a full-service boutique hotel that was nice to call home for a week. They have their own ap which was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants/attractions etc.and the staff helped book tickets and reservations for us.

Loud, no AC, and lacks basic TV in room

We were booked into room 107 and the moment we opened the door we were immediately disappointed as it was facing the street and was extremely noisy and small. The room had a smart tv that had no access to the internet and had no English language channels (CNN or BBC). In fact the tv had mostly German shopping channels like QVC times seven. I had friends in the same building who had a tv with YouTube and CNN and BBC but apparently our TV lacked these options. I asked for assistance and the staff discovered that room 107 had a tv without basic options found in other rooms in the hotel. I was off
