Well located and very nice
Pros: Very well located hotel in Blackheath. Bus in front of the door and only 6 minutes to the train, then 20 minutes to the city. Small and nice place with good infrastructure for us. Outside London, quiet and yet in the middle of it. Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good and we also found something on the menu in the evening. It was very quiet - also because we were there from Sunday to Thursday.
Cons: No air conditioning and only a fan. It was just too warm.

Pros: Beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent
Cons: Couldn’t park in the car park. Toilet is to close to the bathroom door.

Welcoming atmosphere and great service!
Pros: The hotel is situated on a hill only minutes from a train station. Several buses stop on front of the building. It is a short bus ride to the O2 arena. The interior looks historic with carpets and wallpaper. It’s maintained with care and spotlessly cleaned. There is an elevator. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant on site. Breakfast is until 9.30 during the week, which can be a bit of a challenge for night owls like us, but food items (e.g. eggs) were restocked until the very end of the time window. That’s not always the case elsewhere and t

Tranquility
Pros: The area is quiet and the room is quite spacious. It is a 20-minute walk from the Greenwich viewpoint and an 8-minute walk from a train station.
Cons: Quite far from the center (about 40 minutes by train with transfers) but we knew that when we booked.
