Cancelled upon arrival

Cons: The common areas were dirty and worn. Hallways were filthy In the room, the desk chair was torn, there were black scuffs and dried coffee(?) on the walls. The desk was dirty and it just smelled bad.

Nice place to stay just outside of downtown

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice Cons: The spa did not offer full services advertised, no massages were offered

Came to Phoenix overnight to get ready for surgery the next day at nearby Hospital

Pros: The property is in close proximity to the nearby hospital. Cons: Smelled like marijuana. The parking lot is not well lit front desk area was dirty around the baseboard. There was loud music being played. This was 8 o’clock at night on a Thursday.

Pros: The pool Cons: Our room was lacking in various aspects. A/C weak, TV disconnected every time, pillows were bad, no full refrigerator - it was a wine chiller…
