Staff very pleasant and breakfast was lovely. Great location.

Very plesant stay in great location, would happily stay here again if visiting Bristol.

Pros: The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We arrived about 3.00 pm and, travelling in two cars, we did both get a parking space in the secure garage which was really good as parking in this area is not easy. Cons: Vegan breakfast wasn't great, poor quality sausage and large amount of tough kale. Cereal, juice, etc was fine.

Excellent stay in central Bristol

Pros: Great location in central Bristol, nice welcome, fruit and fresh coffee in the room, good restaurant on site and I was able to work in the cafe area for a while after checkout. Really comfy bed. Cons: My room had a slightly smaller window and was quite small but it was great value for money.

Very compact but OK for the price

Pros: The location was very handy and fortunately they had parking (paid). The room was comfortable enough but very small. A bit tired in places. Cons: I wasn't expecting a large room but the compact size was a surprise. The shower is about as small as you can get and on a number of times I knocked the water tap off. There is barely enough room to get between the bed and the wall mounted TV.

Pros: Comfy with good breakfast Cons: A bit of a drain odour knockout about and it reminded us of the hotel from the shining 🌟 😂
