A disappointing stay.
Pros: Location Cons: It was generally run down and in need of tlc. Our ‘premium’ double was small and very much in need of updating and maintenance. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre.

Pros: Room was comfortable nice furnishings. Cons: Shower . Shower screen was in very poor state at the bottom. Crack in tiles at bottom of bath near sink. . Hot water in sink took 2 mins to run through. Shower not good for people under 5ft 10" . Breakfast .. You don't get full breakfast as standard in the price. However when we asked we were given the 1st nice at no extra cost. Little choice of other things before the cooked breakfast .

Nice rooms. Nice beer. Really lovely staff. The fellow who looked after us is an absolute gent.
