Pros: Hotel was very accommodating with our booking as we arrived very late. Staff on arrival were very helpful, friendly and went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would visit again. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like

Pros: I had one of the newly refurbished rooms. Looks like an old stable block. It was very nice. Cons: Looks like the owners still have plenty to do. There was no kitchen during our stay, but we we're aware of that . There's plenty of eateries close by. The hotel itself is very tired and dated in places. But if the rest of the hotel is finished to the same quality of the external rooms, it will be well worth another visit.
A busy pub with friendly people and no frills
Really friendly people and location was perfect for NEC. Warm and loads of hot water. We were there for 5 nights, working long days at NEC and just needed a comfy bed, which we got. No frills but we just wanted value for money.
Pros: Near the NEC arena. Cons: Scruffy and not very clean
Pros: Really nice pub staff are friendly Cons: All I could fault was there was no fitted mirror in the bathroom and the shower needs regrouting
