A comfortable stay with wonderfully friendly staff, lovely food and a handy location for the NEC.

Pros: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our evening meal was very nice and breakfast was lovely. Only one of our two meals initially arrived, but the staff were extremely apologetic about the oversight. They provided the second meal free of charge and refunded the first as a gesture of goodwill, which we really appreciated and didn’t expect. Property very handy for the NEC. Cons: Some of the paintwork looked a little dated in places and would benefit from a refresh.
