Pros: Very comfortable bed, spacious room and everything was spotless
Pros: Very comfortable bed, spacious room and everything was spotless. Coffee machine was a great addition. Cons: TV didn’t work, spoke with reception but nothing got fixed. Bit of a bummer with the World Cup being on but happy to watch it in the bar instead.
For a one night stay it did its job
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was very big and comfortable Cons: The choices on the menus were very limited
Great hotel
Pros: Hotel is nicely placed, only 10 minutes drive to Hatfield House. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional, and there were plenty of sockets around the room. Breakfast was a well supplied buffet, and the evening meals and bar were very good. Cons: Not really an issue, but we thought it was a bit weird that the TV turned itself on as soon as you turn the power back on to the room- if one person was asleep when the second person came back to the room, it may be a bit disruptive. Also bit of a shame that there were no cocktails

Peaceful and perfect.
Pros: The hotel is very clean and comforting. The location was perfect and central to where we planned to visit. The staff members are very nice and hospitable. The staff in the resturant are very nice and knowlegeable. Cons: There isn't a fridge in the room. The breakfast could have some more added varieties. You may also want to look into room service.
