Terrible, horrible customer service
Cons: Told the manager for both morning and night that there were issues with the bathroom, as soon as I would flush the toilet it sounded like a drill in a construction site, shower doesn’t even stay up and was leaking out the tap, told the manager or receptionist in the morning and he said they would either switch my room or fix the problem, neither was done
Disgusting hotel.
Pros: Nothing it was dreadful. Cons: I had to change rooms 3 times there were that many issues, and the room i settled for in the end was of a disgusting standard. The window was dirty, the shower was dripping all night, stains on the curtains & the frame of the bed wasn't the right size for the mattress. All between the bath panel was black with filth. The hotel was the absolute pits, looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Even if I was desperate for somewhere to stay i wouldn't come back here, made my skin crawl.
Good value for money. Just wish they had come to clear the bin and bring more towels. But, staff was friendly and helpfu

Very enjoyable and have booked again for next week
Pros: The staff were all friendly and the room was comfortable. The free parking and WiFi is good. It is also a very good location Cons: It would have been better if the lifts were working
