Over-priced, overly hot
Pros: A superb bed mattress. Staff very professional, friendly. Cons: In a heatwave all rooms should have all rooms air condition actively on. The hotel has a particularly complex system difficult to manage consequently the room was excessively hot on entering and got hotter throughout the night. This made it impossible to sleep and made me ill with heat, difficulty breathing, affected my asthma, lack of sleep. This is serious in a heatwave the building was overly hot.
Terrible
Pros: I didn’t like anything Cons: Then room was filthy and there was thick mould all over the curtains and we got a full refund and left
Awful, did not stay.
Pros: Nothing… staff nice on reception. Cons: Awful, room not cleaned, both of them, both toilets not flushed so you can imagine what was in there, pee on toilet seat. Went straight back down and received a refund and moved to another hotel, did not even stay there, terrible. Only good thing was the staff on reception were nice.
It was peaceful at the Spa area .
Pros: I love just the spa area Cons: The lightening in the room. Some lights were not working.
