Cons: The charges me an extra $285 upon checkout. I called them and they said someone had purchased champagne and wine. It wasn’t us. Now it’s going to take 5-10 days for the money to be returned

Epic
Pros: The suite was amazing. Clean & very spacious. The view from the balcony over looking the Bellagio fountains was beyond epic. Cons: I was underwhelmed that the self check in wasnt working. We arrived well after midnight and there was still a queue to check in. When we approached the desk I asked the young gentleman why the self check in was not working and we received a very dry curt response of "its 50/50 if it works or not" Not the answer we were expecting.

Beautiful, swanky hotel with amazing rooms, views, and facilities.
Pros: Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, great location on the strip. We felt fancy. Cons: The drink prices are exorbitant. The pool was packed and felt too small for the size of the hotel. You also had to pay for any of the good chairs, which felt excessive given the price for the stay itself.
