Very friendly and kind staff
Very friendly and kind staff. Breakfast was good but restaurant freshly made to order. Breakfast area on the roof and restaurant is a little outdated and need some renovations.

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly. Otherwise, everything gives a sense of dirty and rundown place with utmost disregard to any maintenance. Just like dirty public toilets in India, broken toilet seat, missing tile (I took pictures, but unfortunately can't post). No hangers to hang your clothes, just three hooks spaced two inches apart. Wall paint dripped on the mirror but never cleaned. Water heater quit working after the first day and they didn't heed the request to change the room; instead, they replaced the water heater and I had to bear with the presence of the workers in the room.
