Cons: Check in wasn’t until 3pm which is fine, however the actually accommodation didn’t open till 3pm meaning we couldn’t drop our bags off anywhere and we were not made aware of this

Posizione strategica ma nulla di speciale.
Pros: La stanza è spaziosa e molto carina e la posizione è strategica. Anche il pub è molto carino. Lo staff è gentile. Cons: La pulizia della stanza è sicuramente da migliorare, c’era polvere e anche qualche ragnatela. In più consiglierei di mettere a disposizione una bottiglia d’acqua da bere. Avrei voluto cenare lì ma la cucina alle 20 e qualcosa era già chiusa quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire di questo “servizio” (a pagamento ovviamente).
Comfortable for a short stay
Pros: Mostly clean overall, decent facilities, comfortable bed, there was a fan and curtains had been kept closed to keep the room cool, convenient location Cons: Some dust, shower needed deep cleaning, some small holes in the wall, luggage rack was partly broken, room was very warm despite the fan

Pros: Really close to the O2 arena Cons: The gate did not properly open with the code. I could not get in one morning and I called the hotel and they did not enter. I was not going to wait around until they called me back so I literally had to climb on the plant next to the door and climb the fence to get in… They called me back 1,5 hours later. I have not seen a single employee ever.
