The most enchanting hotel on the Firth of Forth!

Pros: Room was as oceanfront as physically possible! Waves licking at the base at high tide. Staff was kind and really made us feel at home. Breakfast was very well prepared and had multiple choices and the server made sure we had everything we wanted. Magical tie in with Robison Crusoe made this a memorable stay. Coffee service in room was top notch, espresso, plenty of real milk and a nice marshmallow cookie. Room was refreshed daily. Cons: It is an older property though this is part of its charm.

The Crusoe is a lovely spot. Our room was right on the water -- at high tide the water was literally at the wall of our hotel. It was a charming old place with modern amenities. The food was great. The oatmeal was the best oatmeal of the trip, and we had some really good oatmeal. Staff were quite helpful and friendly.
