Thieving and needs to be investigated

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and whoever is responsible for this place needs to be investigated got there expected it to be clean and prestigious obvious selling point the Marco Pierre white restaurant and Laurent Perrier champagne bar they charged me a £50 whatever fee at the front desk which was dirty and outdated normal hotels keep a card on file in case of damages the money left my bank and I didn’t get it back now it don’t even show up on my statements and when you try to call don’t even waste your time and energy that place needs come down blocking the skyline worst hotel ever I reco

Would stay again

Pros: Nice room with great views. Very convenient for New St station Cons: Unfortunately the air con wasn’t working in the entire hotel. Fans were provided but it was a very hot night.

Pros: Breakfast room views were amazing The hotel design is interesting Practical to reach from the station Cons: The aircon did not work in the room The rooms were very hot Considering the aircon situation had been mentioned in previous reviews the hotel should have done something to correct the situation

Awful stayed previously and it was good nothing worked in the room it was dirty, damaged had to check out after a couple of hours and move to another hotel

Pros: Great location Cons: The rudeness of the staff when we complained about the room being hot and the tv not working!! Aircon didn’t work either
