Needs a deep clean and maintenance

Pros: Well located next to the bus line, easy shot down into Nottingham Cons: The crockery, dishes and other pans were filthy with residue from previous guests on the glasses. Had to wash everything before we could use them. The apartment also showed signs of basic maintenance but the windows and base boards need attention. There were also no instructions for how to use the washer dryer or the oven. And the Airbnb style "these are the rating requirements and we only have to provide you with the bare essentials to meet their requirements" email was less than appreciated.

More like student or contractor digs than a cosy stay

Pros: The location is great for public transport to the city centre. The property management team was quick to respond to my messages. The bedroom was comfortable and size of accommodation is good. Cons: Sadly, this accommodation did not live up to the expectations we had from the photos and positive reviews. And despite paying more than the cost of a decent hotel in the city centre, it felt like we were in student or contractor digs, not cosy accommodation. The worst accommodation we have stayed in

Pros: beds where comfy and spacious rooms Cons: instructions to get in not easy after a long day. Stairwell not clean , door handle held on with tape, kitchen units sticky and dirty, Dust was everywhere and being asthmatic this was an issue. Had to shop to buy items for our stay as no hand soap, t-towel, wash liquid, cloths, little toilet roll, surface wipe, Bathroom towels need replacing and hand towel was dirty, Bathroom bins were not emptied and certain a disgusting shock in one. plenty of damage around the property. Shower head could not be adjusted And facilities needed updating/ replacin

Can’t stop itching

Cons: There was dust mites in the bed I have loads of itches , property was clearly not clean , even had to wash the sheets myself

Deludente

Pros: Fermata bus per il centro fuori la strada...anche se per i prezzi dei bus, conviene effettuare gli spostamenti con Uber. Letti abbastanza comodi. Cons: La pulizia..polvere ovunque, moquette macchiata. I due bagni non sono come descritti in foto e in quello più piccolo presente in una stanza da letto c è una costante puzza di uova marce.La maniglia della porta d ingresso dell appartamento dal lato interno era rotta. Divani macchiati. Centro non raggiungibile a piedi.
