Our room was nice and clean but overall the hotel looked a little tired .
Pros: Breakfast was good, location was excellent. Cons: I realise the location makes this difficult but our room overlooked the road with the taxi rank right outside so it was rather noisy, not helped by one of the old outside windows being unable to be closed.
Centrally located one block from the Minster of York
Pros: Breakfast was ample with hot dish selections. Minor problems with ventilation and a bathroom leak, which were promptly repaired. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Lovely staff. Great location. Good food Cons: Clothes closet smelt musty.

Pros: I have stayed in The Dean Court a couple of times now and this was the best room he have ever had it was large and spacious and easy for my mum to get around lovely room would defiantly, stay in this room again. Cons: we have a wheel chair so plenty of room to get around and easy accessible
Staff lovely room not good for money we paid
Pros: The staff were lovely and friendly the hotel was clean and breakfast lovely Cons: The room we had was very small and basic and no lift to room. I feel it was not worth the money I paid and it was for my husbands 60th birthday we were disappointed
