The Dilly surpasses all my expectations. The extra special touches. The decorations in our room to celebrate our 16th anniversary were beautiful, that plus bottle of bubbly and chocolates. Staff were lovely. The newly refurbished bar is exceptional. Pool is lovely and steam room surprisingly big for a London hotel. Location perfect. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay.
Pros: Lovely stay in a wonderful hotel. The staff made our stay all the more special. We would happily stay at the Dilly again. Please pass on our thanks to the staff. Cons: The Toilet in the room needed a pump to make it work, not a great problem but that’s all we found. 😉
