Another Excellent Stay with Service to Match

Another great stay as always, unfortunately, it was only for one night. Reception was perfect and could not be faulted, Siddharth did an excellent job. Status was acknowledged and an upgrade provided. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had both a bath and a shower, with so soft towels. Bed was comfy and provided a great nights sleep. We enjoyed a cocktail in the relaxing bar when we returned in the evening. Breakfast was tasty and well presented, with all the food looking and tasting really fresh. Great service- problems not deserving their status

The service from Rahul was 10 star- exemplary!!! The cost of the hotel did not merit the accommodations- tiny room twin beds, entrance door extremely hard to open, water pressure in shower inconsistent, coffee ordered from server was machine coffee- coffee given yo my grandson hot chocolste yo me. I ordered double shot csppuccino/ got light american coffee not cappuccino even from a 3 star hotel machine. When it was corrected, it took 3 requests and 20 minutes. The reception tried to make it “right,” by writing me a handwritten note saying it was not up yo its standard snd sent a surprise fr

Excellent hotel and service

Beautiful historic hotel with excellent service. The service was exemplary front our check in, housekeeping, breakfast and drinks in the courtroom bar! Thanks Tamang for the tour and sharing the details.
