Fantastic visit. Hotel was in great location

Pros: Location was excellent, ideal for the old town. Breakfast was good and room very nice. Cons: Lack of human contact, any call to the hotel goes through AI. Booking in was not great as we used AI and had to wait a while for someone to appear. Had to use AI again to get help with the safe, after a long wait we went off to find the staff. The only toiletries in the room was hand wash / shower gel. Need to improve this to meet the standard expectation

Pros: Beautiful rooms, lovely old building, fab breakfast, excellent location, staff very helpful an friendly Cons: The air con was struggling, it was so hot, may have just been me being of an age. Ur I needed it colder

Great location and bones of place, but room amenities need improvement.

Pros: The location was great. Nice bathtub. The room was a great size. Cons: Towels were not good quality and there were no washcloths. Toiletries were below average. Pillows and bedding need updating.

Close to everything we wanted to see.
