I really liked the fact that access is provided via code, so i don't have to think about managing keys or interact with anyone if i arrive later at night.

Pros: I think the best part was proximity to work. Cons: I was told and I mistakenly believed I booked three nights. On the third night (today) I get a call saying I have to leave and then house keeping knocked at the door at 1 pm as they were calling. They were telling me “you need to leave now or we will charge you for a late fee” in a very condescending tone. I was being treated like a criminal and I paid nearly 300 dollars for my stay.
