Letdown!!

Pros: The location was good just 15 minutes from Paddington station but that is the only good thing about it. Cons: We had two rooms neither of which were clean. There were layers of dust everywhere and it was clear the rooms hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The toilets were also disgusting and we had to wipe these down before we felt comfortable using them. One of the shower trays was blocked so the water didn't run away. Also the wooden banister going up the stairs was hanging off. A health and safety issue going on right there!! We were let down badly by booking.com cancelling

Pros: La ubicación y muy simpático el chico que lo lleva. Cons: Necesita un poquito más de limpieza.

Ok for a night or two for its location and not too expensive but needs some serious updating of faulty or broken fixture

Pros: Location , and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Cons: Too many things broken or run down !
