Great place to stay whilst walking the Solent Way!

We stayed for one night during our Solent Way long distance walk. The pub was a perfect stop over with a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. We also ate dinner during our stay which was very nice.

Lovely comfortable room and great food

Lovely comfortable room and great food. On the Last day the chef had not turned up to do breakfast, so Jack cooked breakfast and did a great job, I think it was better. All staff ralied around to help.

Great place to stay and eat on a trip to the New Forest or the Isle of Wight

Pros: Great location, about 5 minutes from Lymington Pier but beautifully peaceful; food and service were really good - we were made to feel very welcome Cons: Beds were a little bit soft, but that’s to personal taste
