Great room in an even greater location.

Pros: The Hotel is ideally located in an area teaming with restaurants over every conceivable type of food and price range. Only a few minutes walk from Victoria Tube and Rail stations. Cons: You needed to be very tall to reach the towels on the overhead rack. My wife is only 5ft 2ins and couldn’t manage it. There was no provision for a hand towel. A rail is required under the front of the sink. Handrails are required to assist entry and exit of the shower. My wife and I are in our late 70s and prefer to have rails to assist us were there is such a high step and/or where the floor might be sli

Pros: Location is very central, very close to Victoria Station. Cons: Room was very noisy, close to the main entrance door. All rooms doors are noisy. Could not sleep during night. A guest has locked him outside the room and knocked at my door at 3 am asking for help since there is no reception in hotel and no phone to contact the main hotel at 5 mins walk.

Great location and value if you’re happy to stay in a small room.

Pros: Super Location. Great AirCon too! Cons: No lift. Typical small room for a London hotel.

Excellent location and good value although small room

Pros: Superb location with excellent sushi bar next door and close to Victoria Cons: Very small room and narrow stairs down. We were in the basement room so quite dark
