Booked it as a treat and was not disappointed at all

Pros: We had a small suite and it was exceptional - staff were superb and nothing too much - food was excellent and a great nights sleep too Cons: Honestly nothing

A wonderful stay with excellent service, a beautiful spa, and amazing food, I’ll definitely be back.

Pros: The location is excellent, and you can easily get everywhere from the hotel. I absolutely loved the spa. The Queen Facial was amazing, and the lady who did it, Erin, was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always happy to help with everything. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent as well. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Cons: /

Very good, could be superb.

Pros: Good location. Nice large beds. Great city views. Cons: Reduced parking charge should be upon booking, not on reception desk. More tea bags in rooms. Disappointed with quality of evening meal at the Peter kitchen experience, not value for money.

Lovely break away

Pros: Lovely stay Cons: The spa was a bit too full during our time slot and it’s not like your typical spa it’s more just a pool and sauna than a spa
