Pros: Everything about this hotel is fantastic - staff super helpful and friendly; food delicious; facilities very clean and spacious; location perfect for us staying before our cruise Cons: Absolutely nothing - Jamie and team know how good hospitality works, and customer satisfaction is key here

Pros: A Good choice of food, Continental. English or breakfast cereal. Cons: Car Parking. The space is also used as resolved parking for cruses. Car are double parked
Lovely hotel, great location & value for money
Pros: Lovely quiet & comfortable hotel close to city. Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent value for money. I stayed while visiting family, would also be great hotel for anyone taking a cruise from Southampton as they offer cruise parking. Cons: Waited quite a long time to have breakfast order taken.
