Pros: The hotel is split into different buildings

Pros: The hotel is split into different buildings. We had two family rooms in a building next to the main building, which was perfect, very quiet and both rooms adjacent to each other. Hotel very well positioned for easy access to the shopping centre and cruise port. Rooms are a good size and well maintained, comfortable bed and nice pillows. Cons: It is not easy to get cases upstairs, although staff did offer storage downstairs in the main building. Confusion over breakfast. I asked if there was a children's rate for breakfast in advance and didn't receive a clear response, so we didn't bot
