The Ella Fitzgerald - Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment, super close to City Centre

It wasn’t worth the money

Pros: Location and free parking Cons: It was a bit grubby, the kitchen had a terrible odour, the bathroom had mould, there was no tea/coffee facilities except some old hard coffee granules. The carpet was disgustingly filthy and the sofa was uncomfortable .

Poor customer service and unclean, unkempt flat

Cons: Not much attention to detail, care, thought or effort put in for our stay and getting replies from Dominique was a struggle. Backdoor was unlocked when we arrived, not a great start. An almost empty hand-wash container in the bathroom. So we had to swap it with the quarter full hand-wash container from the kitchen. Fans, shelves, cupboards very dusty Carpet stained and dirty throughout Bed sheets, linen and sofas stained and dusty Back yard bins overflowing, rubbish bags and other rubbish in the backyard. Windows dirty and dusty from inside and outside.

Pros: The Airbnb was very clean had homely feel to it was very spacious, The location was great close to city centre, plenty of things to see and do , would stay here again if i came to cardiff again 😀 Cons: The only thing i would have is blind or curtain in the bedroom which was missing,

Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment within walking distance to the city centre.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, and the photos on the listing were accurate. It's walkable to the city centre or Cardiff Bay. We had great communication from the hosts. Entering the apartment via a door code was super easy. We were lucky enough to get a parking space close to the apartment for most of our stay. Cons: There was a bit of noise from upstairs at times but this obviously isn't the fault of the hosts.

Very happy with everything no complaints would definitely stay in same apartment if we come up again. Thankyou
