Very nice hotel! The room was modern and very comfortable. The staff friendly and accommodating.

It was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable. The staff was very kind and made accommodation for us with a smile. Very refreshing.

Our stay was: Meh!

Pros: The rooms were comfortable. Cons: We had to change rooms because the staff forgot about a work order that was put in for our room. After we moved to our new room everything was fine, but there were additional issues with the dining room downstairs. Overall, our trip was okay, but I probably won’t book this hotel again.

Dillon on reception was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble - top man!

Pros: Good location, staff were very friendly. Only had breakfast twice during our stay - menu was a little limited but nice. The bar was rarely open and when it was it shut at 10pm. Cons: Bar opening hours.

Decent prices, but a poorly maintained property.

Pros: We thought the location was excellent. We were spending a fair amount of time during this visit in Dallas so the easy access to the highway and being on the east side of Southlake was helpful. Cons: The room was noticeably in need of repair. Faucets were not attached in some cases to the sink, door handles were completely missing in the bathroom and the layout of the junior suite we were in made no sense whatsoever. It looked like the random furniture was placed with no regard for the person or people staying there.
