Pros: Nice hotel on the prom breakfast was good as were the meals in the bar afternoon tea was the best i have ever had Cons: Im disabled and walk on crutches could have done with a walk in shower and been nearer the lift and somewhere to leave mobility scooters also a stairlift up to the entance they have a disabled entrance but it takes a lot of time and effort to use it

Pros: Location location location. Less than 5 min drive from sea terminal. Disabled parking bays almost outside of hotel and ample parking spaces facing hotel on promenade. Disabled access entrance too. Promenade is easy and flat to walk to the electric railway which takes you to some lovely tourist parts of the island. Loved the piano player at night, lovely to relax with some beautiful tunes. Breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and if you wanted boiled eggs, fish, porridge, poached eggs they would make them fresh for you, very accommodating.
