Definitely not a boring hotel chain stay!
Pros: Sadly the AirCon in the rooms was out of action, they had rung me to offer a full refund. I decided to continue the booking and was given an upgrade to a room with a terrace and they provided a cooler and fan, thank you. Quiet location ideally placed for South Kensington museums and Royal Albert Hall.We loved the quirky artworks .They also provided freshly baked GF rolls for breakfast Cons: Working AirCon!!

Pros: I liked the hotel atmosphere, the staff were super friendly and helpful. 1 plus the continental breakfast also has warm options bacon , sausages , eggs , beans . Great value Cons: Air con in room wasnt working but the staff provided a free standing one .
