A lovely place to stay on the Cotswold Way, and very friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Helpful staff, great food and nice atmosphere. A fridge in the room would be great.

Pros: Fantastic staff, restaurant and outside alfresco area for afternoon drinks. Cons: Our bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Disgusting, overpriced

Pros: I booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star property, and based on my previous experiences with other 4-star hotels, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and presentation. Unfortunately, the room I was allocated did not meet those expectations. Cons: On arrival, I found hair in the sink, the coffee table had visible stains, the sofa appeared heavily worn and marked, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom also did not feel clean, which made me very uncomfortable using it.

Would recommend- just make sure to double check about size of beds

Pros: Great location, very cute town and inn. Cons: Beds are definitely not the advertised size- we ended up getting a 2 single bed room because the “extra large bed” was very small and uncomfortable- and it was just me and another girl friend staying together (2 small size women). It was also incredibly hot in the the third room even with the window open and the fan. But it was also an abnormally hot summer.
