Pros: THANK YOU, THE STAFF WHERE HELPFUL FRIENDLY AND KIND, MADE OUR STAY, WE CHANGED THE ROOMS MORE THAN ONCE, NO PROBLEM TO KELLY AND STAFF. TRAVELLING FOR FURNERAL,RUNNING LATE, KEPT US A CAR PARK SPACE, GAVE MY FRIEND EARLY ROOM TO CHANGE INTO SUIT, STAFF EVEN BOOKED US A LAST MINUTE TAXI ON THEIR OWN ACCOUNT, GREAT VALUE, FANTASTIC BREAKFAST. APPRECIATED, AND THANK YOU. Pros: Breakfast good value Cons: No food in evening despite adverts. Noisy inside and outside

Pros: Good location and the staff was very welcoming. Cons: Needed more pillows or firmer for me and my partner.

Better than expected.

Pros: Room was much nicer than expected. Bathroom was nearly new. Whole room was clean and comfortable. Free car park for guests. Kettle and tea/coffee in room as well as in bar. Room had view over street but was not too noisy. Didnt have a meal but prices looked cheap. Lots of restaurants around the area. Nice canal walks. Cons: The carpet in the hall and stairways could do with replacing as its the first thing you see. The bed was a bit soft but ok. There was a bit of noise from the bar but it stopped at a reasonable time.
