We will not stay here again
Pros: Pool is good and people at the reception are mostly friendly and caring.
Cons: No room service was done properly, we had to ask people to redo things in our room every day. Service turned on the a/c every time and since windows cannot be opened, we had to start sleeping in cold rooms (and got a sick child from that). No parking available most of the time but we were still asked to pay for the entire stay. Bathrooms already showing heavy signs of water damage. People at breakfast not willing to give some tin foil for leftovers from our child so food is simple thrown away. When we checked

Pros: Friendly staff and lobby and bar area aesthetically pleasing good gym and spa area looked nice but didn’t use it
Cons: Air con over the top our room was very cold with no way to heat . I found the rooms very clinical not cosy or homely felt a bit like being in an ikea but good space in the suit just not our cup of tea and location not great a bit rough and not as close to town as some of the hotels

Fabulous
Pros: I walked into our room. And felt like we was in an Air bnb it was the best night sleep iv had away from home.
Cons: All of it nothing was too much trouble. Secure parking.
