Dear Hotel.com, I'm writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay booked through your platform. Upon arrival, we discovered that a major construction project was taking place directly next to the hotel. The noise and dust levels were so severe that we were unable to use the pool area at all. To make matters worse, the hotel itself was undergoing pool renovations, closing off one of the smaller pools and adding to the disruption. The construction site next door was extremely intimidating, with towering cranes and heavy machinery operating at great heights. It was windy dur
Staff is really nice
Staff is really nice. Had an issue with odor in the room. Moved and upgraded me. Even gave a discount on food and beverage. Area around hotel has a lot of construction. Not always sidewalks open to walk and nothing really close.
