I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception
I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception. Although my room wasn't ready at the specified time, 2pm, I was eventually told I had been upgraded. I don't believe this to be the truth, as on inspection, I found many rooms to be the same. The staff in the dining rooms were very polite, Levy being someone who should be praised for going above and beyond what was expected. A very polite, charming, and friendly man. However, staff aside, I thought the breakfast options were limited and the same every day. I also found out that the rooftop bar and restaurant were not available which wa
