Nice time at the Fitzwilliam hotel
Lots of friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Lovely breakfast served with buffet and menu service with a great range of foods available

Couples night away.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We got upgraded to a city view for my husband’s birthday and left pastries and a card which was a lovely touch. We will definitely come back as it was so relaxing.

Great staff, the hotel was in the city and near the heart of Belfast city centre. Very clean and our room was lovely.
Pros: It was such a lovely hotel. Cons: I can’t fault nothing about the hotel at all. Apart from you never got breakfast with the price we paid. Had to pay extra for the breakfast and with the price we paid, breakfast could have been included. That was all.

Incredibly comfortable!
Pros: My experience was much more enjoyable than I could ever have imagined. All the staff are really polite and very kind. I’m not sure of his name, but I think it’s George (I’m not sure and I was too shy to ask, so if that’s not right, my sincere apologies!) and he was exceptional in helping me sort out a problem with the TV and offering me a fan, which I gladly accepted and which completely lifted my spirits and improved my experience during my stay. We chose a wine and a dish for dinner which exceeded my expectations – it was so delicious and beautifully presented. And breakfast the next d
