Pros: Great hotel with excellent staff. While the hotel is a labryth as it is four historic buildings smashed together, my second room was outstanding. Cons: My first room was a handicap accessible room with zero air and windows that didn't open. Every hotel has that room and I got it. The next morning all I had to do was mention I was in 317 and they were happy to move me.
