The Fountain Inn, Digbeth

Cons: All'apparenza sembrava una camera pulita ma in realta' il pavimento era in condizioni pessime, impolverato e pieno di capelli e brillantini. La posizione non e' delle migliori, sembra di stare in un quartiere malfamato con edifici abbandonati e cantieri ovunque. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un pub in cui cenare a 5 minuti di distanza a piedi altrimenti non saremo mai usciti dall'albergo.

A nice place but not very well designed for a comfortable stay

Pros: Location in Digbeth was great Cons: My partner turned up before me as i was parking the car and didn't get a very warm welcome. I think maybe they assumed he wasn't staying there and therefore asked him where he was going when he went to use the toilet in the pub before he bought a drink. The room was very small and was missing a few touches that would have made it much nicer - water glasses, a curtain (instead of office blinds that let the light in), coat hooks etc. The floor in the room didnt look like it had been hoovered. Pros: Res. No ens hem pogut allotjar. Cons: Què no m'ha agradat? Avisar que l'arribada és a les 00h i en arribar confirmar que cal un codi que no tenim. Al seu telèfon no respon ningú. Parlar amb Booking i que ens confirmi, a les 01.30h de la matinada, que l'hotel CANCEL·LA la reserva sense facilitar cap motiu. Trobar-nos tres persones al carrer, amb fred, fent voltes per trobar una habitació i no trobar res fins les 03h de la matinada. I que ni l'allotjament ni Booking cobreixin la diferència de preu.
