the location was fabulous, could walk anywhere in fishtown and there is plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment to enjoy. the apartment is definitely not sound proof and the folks above were noisy until 5 am one night Parking though is the deal breaker. It was unclear until we arrived at 9p to understand there was absolutely no where to park, even a pay garage available. the customer rep was not helpful to problem solve and the app didn't offer any help All of this could have been mitigated if we had known to pre purchase a garage spot or if there was some guidance where street jparki

The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.
